Job Description

The Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient use of materials, and timely progress of construction and production activities. The role includes monitoring material usage, maintaining stock balance, identifying shortages or delays, and ensuring work is completed according to plan and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day factory operations and workforce activities Monitor daily material usage and maintain accurate records of materials consumed Check and balance available materials to avoid shortages or wastage Oversee construction and production phases to ensure work progresses as planned Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards Maintain and review stock levels; track inventory and update stock registers Identify required materials in advance and report shortages or delays Analyze areas where work or material supply is lagging and take corrective action Coordinate with procurement, stores, and management for material planning Prepare daily and weekly progress and stock reports

Skills & Requirements:

Experience in factory supervision or site supervision Knowledge of material management and inventory control Ability to monitor construction or production workflows Strong organizational and reporting skills Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards Good communication and team management skills

Pay: ?9,957.24 - ?15,000.00 per month
