Job Description

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Certification in Fire Safety or Fire Protection Engineering is highly desirable.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in fire safety engineering or site supervision in the fire protection industry. Prior experience in supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire safety systems such as alarms, sprinklers, and extinguishers.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of fire protection systems, safety codes, and regulatory standards (e.g., NFPA, local fire safety standards). Strong proficiency in fire safety design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for reviewing plans and schematics. Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and mechanical systems used in fire protection.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to direct and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
