- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of forecourt staff and pump attendants.

Ensure efficient and safe daily operations at the fuel station.

Monitor fuel stock, sales, and cash handling activities.

Maintain records and prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports.

Implement safety, hygiene, and compliance standards as per company policies.

Coordinate with management for operational planning and target achievement.

Required Skills:

1-2 years of experience in operations or supervisory roles (fuel station experience preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and record-keeping.

Ability to manage a team .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
