Key Responsibilities

1.

Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of 8-15 installation workers on daily basis

2.

Daily Planning:

Assign work zones, set daily targets, ensure material availability

3.

Safety Compliance:

Conduct daily safety briefings, PPE checks, harness inspections, cradle pre-use verification

4.

Quality Control:

Inspect anchor installation, bracket alignment, mesh fixing, tile attachment

5.

Coordination:

Liaise with cradle operators, material suppliers, building security/facility management

6.

Progress Reporting:

Daily photo documentation, WhatsApp updates, weekly progress reports

7.

Problem Solving:

Handle on-site issues, labor disputes, weather delays, material shortages

Required QualificationsMust Have:

Minimum 5 years experience in facade/cladding/external wall installation work Must have access to network of contract workers proficient in drilling work at height Hands-on experience working with cradle/gondola/suspended platforms at height Proven track record of managing teams of 10+ workers on construction sites Strong understanding of height work safety protocols and PPE requirements Fluent in Hindi; Marathi preferred Basic smartphone skills for photos and WhatsApp reporting

Good to Have:

ITI / Diploma in Civil or relevant trade Experience with ACP cladding, glass facade, or metal panel installation Safety certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) Experience working on high-rise projects IN Mumbai
What We Offer

Performance Bonus:

?25,000 - 50,000 on successful project completion within timeline

Contract Duration:

3-4 months (with possibility of future projects)

Working Hours:

10 to 11 hours/day, 6 days/week
