Job Description

We are looking for an Site Supervisorfrom Electrical Field who will oversee the daily operations of our Transmission and Substation sites and had

on-site experience of at least 2 years.

Responsibilities:

Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship. Conduct inspections to verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule project timelines. Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to provide updates on project progress. Enforce and promote a strong safety culture on site. Ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including installation records, inspection reports, and safety documentation. Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a site engineer or similar role. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to communicate and report effectively. Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards. Flexibility to work in different shifts and environments. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field. Proficient in using computer software for project management and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others. Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
