Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage and oversee interior and electrical works at multiple project sites. The ideal candidate should be a B-Tech Civil/MEP Engineer/Diploma Holder with strong hands-on experience in interior execution and the ability to handle site operations independently while coordinating effectively with vendors, workers, and the office team.

The role involves supervising daily site activities and ensuring that all interior works such as electrical works, wall panelling, partition work and related interior activities are executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and committed timelines. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for arranging manpower at site, monitoring work progress, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

The candidate should have good knowledge of material estimation, costing, purchasing, and vendor coordination. Regular reporting to management regarding daily progress, manpower deployment, material usage, and site issues is a key responsibility. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role requires coordination with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. The position also requires frequent travel to project sites (anywhere in pan India) and the ability to resolve site-related issues efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

The Site Supervisor will supervise all interior and electrical works at project sites and ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. Responsibilities include arranging and managing manpower, monitoring daily work progress, and submitting regular reports to management. The role also includes handling material purchasing, coordinating with vendors, preparing and verifying material requirements and costing, maintaining quality and safety norms at site, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring completion of work within the preferred timeline.

Experience - Minimum 5 Years

Candidate Should Have Experience in Site Handling as contractor/Supervisor( Interior, Flooring, Paneling, Ceiling, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil Works)
Should be able to take the measurement of the raw site
Willing to stay onsite anywhere in india on adhoc basis

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
