Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Site Supervisor

with a strong background in

interior design projects

. The candidate should have hands-on experience in

site execution

,

AutoCAD drawings

, coordination with vendors, and ensuring quality and timely completion of interior works.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day

interior site activities

and ensure work is executed as per drawings and design specifications Read, understand, and implement

AutoCAD interior drawings

(layouts, elevations, sections) Coordinate with

interior designers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters

, and other vendors Ensure quality control of

modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, lighting, and fixtures

Monitor project timelines and ensure

on-time completion

Manage site manpower and material planning Ensure compliance with

safety standards and company guidelines

Conduct regular site inspections and prepare

progress reports

Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the design team for clarifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor's in

Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field

Proven experience as a

Site Supervisor in interior projects

Proficiency in

AutoCAD (interior drawings)

Strong knowledge of

interior materials, finishes, and execution processes

Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

residential, commercial, or retail interior projects

Knowledge of BOQ, material estimation, and vendor billing Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting

Salary:

As per industry standards (Depends on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,410.82 - ?33,241.32 per month
