Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce activities
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor material usage and report shortages or damages
Maintain site safety, discipline, and cleanliness
Conduct daily site inspections and resolve on-site issues
Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies
Prepare daily progress reports and update management
Assist in quality control and inspection of completed work
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
2-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (construction/interiors/commercial projects)
Strong knowledge of site execution and safety practices
Ability to read drawings and BOQs
Good communication and team coordination skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Skills:
Experience in commercial kitchens / interiors / fit-out projects
Knowledge of material handling and vendor coordination
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
