Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities for a residential project. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations. Monitor quality of workmanship and materials. Handle on-site issues and provide timely solutions. Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and discipline Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers. Communicate project updates, site progress, and challenges to the project manager. Verify material quality and quantity as per project specifications. Maintain records of materials used and material inventory at the site. Maintain daily work reports, attendance of labor, and site progress updates. Report delays, deviations, or technical issues to management. Ensure the work meets the company's standards for quality and finish. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance among site workers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
