Astha Interiors and Infrastructure

is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site staff, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor

daily site activities

to ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with

carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, civil teams

, and other site workers. Read and understand

drawings, layouts, and BOQs

to execute work accurately. Ensure work is carried out as per

quality standards

, safety norms, and project timelines. Track

material requirements

, coordinate with the purchase team, and ensure timely delivery to site. Resolve site-related issues and report progress to the Project Manager. Coordinate with clients and provide timely updates (if required). Support in project handover by ensuring all work is completed and quality-checked.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

interior execution

work and on-site coordination. Ability to read and follow

technical drawings

. Good communication and team-handling skills. Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks. Understanding of

basic tools, materials, and safety practices

Qualifications

Diploma/ITI (Civil/Interior) or equivalent. 2-5 years of experience in

interior site supervision

. Experience in handling residential or commercial interior projects preferred.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
