Civil work

Supervise day-to-day civil construction works including structural, finishing, and infrastructure activities. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of work. Check and verify that all materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and approved quality standards. Ensure safety measures are strictly followed at the site as per company safety policy and statutory regulations. Prepare daily progress reports and submit to the Project Engineer or Site Manager. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to maintain productivity and minimize wastage. Inspect formwork, reinforcement, concrete, plastering, and other civil work before and after execution. Assist in planning and scheduling of activities to meet project timelines. Identify and resolve on-site technical issues and report to higher management when required. Coordinate with the Quality and Safety departments for inspection and compliance.
