with minimum 1 year of Experience

Must have two wheeler

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for overall monitoring of site execution,management, planning, quality check,cost management, interaction with vendors, contractors,labor management and knowledge of all site work like painting, flooring, plastering,brick work, wooden work, glass work, electrical work and other related work to ensure implementation of all project plans and schedule, manpower, material management, daily/weekly reporting, work under pressure and time management. Need to understand and read the

2d/ 3d drawings.

Execution of site Interior Work According to Approved Drawing. Labor , material supplier, contractor, market servery & office management/ coordination. ( must understand electrical, carpentry, paint, flooring,metal ,toiletries works etc four off in a month as per site required. standard working timing 10 to 7pm Interested candidate mail their cv at hr dot tendenza at gmail dot com & 9981004000
