Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Management:

Overseeing the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel on the site, ensuring they follow plans, specifications, and safety procedures.

Project Progress and Scheduling:

Monitoring the progress of the project, ensuring it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Safety Management:

Ensuring the safety of all personnel on the site, implementing and enforcing safety regulations, and managing any potential hazards.

Quality Control:

Inspecting the work of the construction team to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.

Communication and Reporting:

Communicating with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, and reporting any issues or concerns.

Material Management:

Ensuring the proper procurement, storage, and use of construction materials.

Problem-Solving:

Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that may arise on the site.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Team Leadership:

Motivating and guiding the construction team to ensure they work effectively and efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Leadership and Communication Skills:

Ability to effectively lead and communicate with a team, clients, and other stakeholders.

Knowledge of Construction Processes and Safety Regulations:

Understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.

Organizational and Time Management Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve issues and make decisions based on available information.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials
Education: Civil Degree Holder/ Civil Engineer

Experience: 6-10 years

Open to relocate across India, as per requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹490,000.00 per year
