Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Site Supervisor

to oversee daily operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with

M Tree Ventures' quality standards

and client expectations. In addition to supervision, the candidate should be proficient in

AutoCAD for preparing and modifying 2D designs

to support site execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily on-site operations, workforce, subcontractors, and vendors. Review, modify, and prepare

AutoCAD 2D designs

for site execution. Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with

HSE (Health, Safety, Environment)

regulations. Coordinate delivery, usage, and tracking of materials, tools, and equipment. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare

progress, quality, and incident reports

. Resolve on-site challenges or conflicts effectively and promptly. Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and clients. Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site meetings. Ensure proper documentation of all site-related activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in

construction site supervision

and project coordination. Strong knowledge of

construction processes, materials, and safety regulations

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD (2D design, drawing, and modifications)

- mandatory. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Familiarity with construction/project management software (preferred).

Diploma/Degree

in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
