Job Title - Site Supervisor

Location- Delhi/Gurgaon/up

Work type- Totally Field work

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee lift and elevator installation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient execution of work, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety protocols.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in lift installation or a similar supervisory role.

Hands-on experience in managing installation teams and site operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage lift installation activities at project sites.

Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.

Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site inspections.

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain detailed records of daily activities, materials, and project progress.

Communicate regularly with the project manager and provide updates.

Ensure quality compliance with company and industry standards.

Educational Requirements:

education- 12th pass or above

Required Skills:

In-depth knowledge of site management skills are required

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using technical tools and project management software is advantageous.

Certifications (Preferred):

Safety certifications such as OSHA or NEBOSH.

Certification in lift and escalator installation (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
