We are hiring a dedicated and experienced

Site Supervisor

to manage and oversee day-to-day construction site activities for residential projects in Panvel. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in site execution, and a good understanding of construction practices and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality execution Ensure work is aligned with technical drawings, specifications, and safety norms Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site labour to maintain smooth operations Maintain daily site reports including manpower, materials, equipment usage, and work progress Assist in managing materials, tools, and construction site logistics Monitor safety compliance and enforce health & safety protocols Address and resolve minor technical/site issues to avoid delays Provide regular updates and reports to the Site Engineer or Project Manager Participate in site meetings and stakeholder discussions

Candidate Requirements:

2-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (preferably in residential construction) Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent Solid knowledge of construction methods, local building codes, and labour laws Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documentation Proficient in MS Office and familiar with construction reporting tools Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Must be male (as per site-based operational requirements)
