Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution of work. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks. Ensure work is carried out as per project drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Maintain daily site logs, material records, and work progress reports. Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-site issues or delays. Report site progress and issues to project manager or senior engineers. Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum

1 year of experience

in site supervision or related field. Knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and civil work techniques. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage labor and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Willingness to be stationed at the

Deogarh site location

full-time.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of safety regulations and construction quality standards. Local language proficiency (Sambalpuri Odia) will be an added advantage.
