Job Responsibilities:
Conduct meetings and effectively delegate tasks.
Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available on-site.
Prepare and submit the Material Requirement List for the upcoming 15 days.
Ensure the uninterrupted workflow aligns with the project plan
Maintain regular communication with project managers, contractors & clients.
Promptly communicate reasons for any delays, such as material unavailability or design changes.
Address any client concerns or requests.
Discuss Implement solutions with the project manager to overcome challenges as they arise.
Attend weekly alignment with list of required drawing, material or any pending decision, need to be clear on urgent basis.
Eligibility-
Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, interior design, or a related field
Proficiency in reading and interpreting 2D drawings is essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
