We are looking for an experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day construction site activities at our New Raipur project. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site labor, coordinating with contractors, ensuring work quality, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor construction site activities on a daily basis. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. Manage labor workforce and allocate tasks effectively. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project engineers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Maintain daily site reports, material records, and progress updates. Resolve on-site issues to avoid delays in project execution.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred). 2-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices. Ability to manage workforce and coordinate multiple activities. Good communication and reporting skills. Willingness to work on-site full-time at New Raipur.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
