Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site activities for our projects in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure that work is completed on time and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and ensure work progress as per the project plan Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and the project management team Monitor the quality of work and ensure safety protocols are followed Maintain site records and report daily progress to the management Ensure timely availability of materials and resolve on-site issues promptly Liaise with clients and other stakeholders when required

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (construction/interior/related field) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage manpower and ensure productivity Basic knowledge of site safety regulations Preference for candidates based in Raipur

Salary:

?10,000 - ?16,000 per month (based on experience)
