We are seeking a responsible and experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a residential colony. The ideal candidate will ensure that all civil, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and safety-related tasks are executed efficiently, in coordination with contractors and in accordance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations across the residential colony including maintenance, repairs, and ongoing development work Monitor work of contractors, vendors, and in-house staff to ensure quality and timely delivery Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure: buildings, common areas, water tanks, sewage lines, electrical systems, and amenities Address resident complaints and coordinate timely resolution of maintenance issues Maintain records of all service, repair, and maintenance work Ensure safety protocols are followed across the colony (especially for construction or repair sites) Coordinate with the management committee or project office regarding updates, approvals, and budgeting Supervise housekeeping, security, gardening, and other service staff Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials; raise purchase requests as needed Assist in planning and overseeing minor construction/modification projects within the premises

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
