Job Description

Project Management:

Oversees all on-site activities, ensuring work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and schedules.

Team Leadership:

Manages and guides construction workers, assigns tasks, provides training, and evaluates performance.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforces health and safety regulations, conducts safety inspections, and maintains a safe work environment for all personnel.

Quality Control:

Conducts site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and that materials and workmanship are compliant.

Coordination:

Coordinates and schedules the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to maintain a smooth workflow.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintains daily logs, progress reports, material records, and other necessary paperwork.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
