Job Description

Roles and responsibilities-:

Supervise and coordinate finishing activities on construction sites. Taking instructions from the seniors and fulfilling the site requirements. Reading drawing and executing the design specifications on grounds in compliance with the set norms and standards. Ensure all finishing work adheres to quality standards and project specifications. Manage teams of workers, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Recommending changes in the construction operations and procedure, where ever necessary to increase the efficiency. Coordinate with other sub-ordinates, contractors, engineers and project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during finishing work. Maintain accurate records of project progress and daily activities. Order and manage materials required for finishing work.
