We are seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor (Civil)

to oversee day-to-day operations at our construction site. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil construction processes, the ability to read architectural and structural plans, and a hands-on approach to managing site work, progress tracking, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and execute construction as per approved civil and architectural drawings Supervise site activities, including structural, masonry, finishing, and service-related work Ensure work is progressing as per project timeline and quality standards Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers Track material usage and inventory at site Conduct daily site inspections and maintain site logbooks Report progress and issues to the project owner or architect Monitor safety compliance on site

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management 2+ years of experience supervising residential or commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards Proficiency in reading CAD drawings and civil blueprints Basic computer and mobile reporting skills (Excel, WhatsApp updates, photos) Telugu language proficiency
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: ?15,111.96 - ?25,000.00 per month
