Job description: Site Supervisor

About the role:

Location: Coorg & Hyderabad

Full-time (no WFH), 6 days per week, day shift

CTC: 20-23k pm [fixed] based on experience and knowledge

Desired applicant profile:

? Qualification: Diploma or Graduate (Civil) (full-time only)

? Site supervisor internship or experience is necessary

? Good oral and written English communication skills

? Willingness and capacity to learn and grow in a young organization

? Knowledge, Exposure to MS office & CAD will be helpful.

? High energy levels and physical fitness to excel at both indoor and outdoor workplaces

? Should be ready to commute or stay in the project location assigned by the company.

Responsibilities:

? Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising construction workers, technicians, and contractors.

? To ensure the project is implemented as per the schedule and within budget.

? Overseeing all project stages from preliminary level to final handing over.

? Organizing construction materials in time.

? Manpower reporting of all the contract labour at the project site to the Project Manager.

? Ensures the Stores in Charge maintains the stock inventory

? To forward the bills on the work completed as per the billing cycle.

? Responsible for the general safety of the employees/workers at the project site

? Reporting project progress updates to senior managers and Project Manager.
