Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution
Monitor and maintain site quality, safety, and progress
Prepare and submit daily progress reports (DPR)
Manage site materials, manpower, and equipment efficiently
Assist in measurement work and preparation of bills
Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule
Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of civil construction practices
Ability to read drawings and follow instructions
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work at site locations
