Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings & specifications
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project team for smooth workflow
Monitor site progress, material requirements, and labour productivity
Ensure quality control, safety protocols, and compliance with standards
Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project status
Handle site measurements, BOQ verification, and bill checking
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of civil execution (residential/commercial/industrial)
Ability to read and interpret drawings (Architectural, Structural, MEP)
Good communication & team coordination
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (optional), Site reporting
Problem-solving and decision-making at site
