Job Title: Site Engineer (Commercial & Residential)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations.

2. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.

3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.

4. Develop and implement construction schedules, ensuring timely completion and minimizing delays.

5. Manage and coordinate site personnel, including laborers, contractors, and subcontractors.

6. Monitor and control project costs, including tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.

7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

8. Prepare and submit reports, including progress reports, site diaries, and incident reports.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in commercial and residential projects.

3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and documents.

6. Familiarity with construction management software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
