Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities on-site. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Check materials, tools, and equipment before use to ensure quality and compliance. Maintain daily site records including work progress, materials used, and manpower deployed. Identify and resolve any on-site issues or deviations from the plan. Assist in preparing and reviewing method statements and work procedures. Conduct site inspections and report non-compliance or safety violations. Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients. Monitor and control the project schedule to avoid delays.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in construction or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of civil works such as excavation, concreting, shuttering, steel reinforcement, masonry, and finishing. Familiar with construction drawings and site documentation. Good understanding of health and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site. Basic proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools.
