We are seeking a highly organized and experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee site activities for

construction

. The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge and hands-on experience in construction site management, labor handling, and raw material coordination. This role requires strong leadership, discipline, and the ability to meet daily targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day to day activities, ensuring smooth coordination between engineers, contractors and labor Ensure quality control by rigorously inspecting materials and work quality. Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site ensuring smooth workflow. Manage and monitor labor workforce, ensuring discipline, productivity, and safety compliance. Achieve daily and weekly construction targets as per project requirements. Maintain proper records of manpower, material usage, and daily progress reports. Liaise with project engineers, contractors, and management to resolve site-related issues. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in civil Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, with exposure to construction industry. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Competencies:

Attention to detail Strong communication and coordination between Engineers, Contractor and labor Multitasking and time management Integrity and accountability Good communication and leadership skills. Basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Word) preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
