Job Description

Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities related to civil construction and finishing works Ensure all work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors for smooth execution Monitor labor attendance, productivity, and work quality Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols Report work progress, delays, and material requirements to the Project Manager Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, labor records, and checklists Assist in material handling, site cleanliness, and managing equipment on-site Handle minor issues and provide on-ground solutions to avoid delays
