Job Description

Oversee site preparation activities such as leveling, clearing, and fencing. Ensure that the site is free of obstacles and ready for construction. Supervise the installation and maintenance of essential utilities, including drainage, water supply, sewage systems, and electricity conduits. Inspect and monitor the progress of utility-related work to ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. Ensure that drainage systems are installed and functioning correctly to prevent waterlogging or flooding. Conduct regular checks to ensure proper drainage flow and troubleshoot any issues as they arise. Monitor the setup of water supply lines to the site. Coordinate with plumbing teams to ensure that water supply systems are operational and meet project requirements. Ensure timely delivery of materials and monitor usage to avoid wastage. Regularly inspect the quality of work being carried out by subcontractors and laborers. Ensure that all site preparation activities adhere to health and safety standards. Maintain detailed records of daily activities, progress, and any issues that arise during site preparation. Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction managers to ensure that all pre-construction site activities align with the overall project plan.
