Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Civil Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of a construction site, with a focus on civil works.

Responsibilities:

Plan and organize work schedules for team members Monitor progress and ensure work is completed on time and within budget Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times Maintain accurate records and documentation Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed according to plans and specifications Solve problems and address any issues that arise during construction Manage budgets and resources effectively Provide training and guidance to team members as needed Respond to customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in construction or civil engineering Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in executing works as per plan and design.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
