Key Responsibilities
Project Execution and Oversight:
Supervise all civil construction operations on the site, including earthworks, concrete pouring, formwork, reinforcement placement, and finishing works.
Interpret and implement
engineering drawings and specifications
accurately on site.
Monitor the progress of work against the project schedule, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
Quality and Standards:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets the required quality standards, project specifications, and local building codes.
Coordinate and verify all materials delivered to the site, ensuring they match the approved specifications and quantities.
Maintain detailed daily site records, including progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to all
Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations
and company policies.
Conduct site safety briefings (toolbox talks) and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Immediately report all incidents, accidents, and near misses.
Team and Resource Management:
Manage and coordinate the site workforce, including sub-contractors and direct laborers, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Allocate daily tasks and resources effectively.
Liaise closely with the Project Manager, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve on-site issues promptly.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies, materials, and quality assurance procedures.
Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Fluency in relevant site reporting and communication (e.g., daily logs, progress reports).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
