Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution Monitor construction work to ensure quality and adherence to drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors on-site Maintain daily reports on work progress, material usage, and manpower Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations Check and verify measurements for billing and work certification Handle material inventory and requisition of construction materials Ensure timely completion of tasks as per schedule Liaise with engineers, architects, and project managers as required

Key Skills Required:

Strong understanding of civil construction techniques and processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts Good leadership and people management skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp reporting) Excellent problem-solving ability Familiarity with safety and quality standards

Qualification:

Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (preferred) 10th / 12th pass candidates with relevant site experience may also apply

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
