About the Role

We are looking for a

Civil Supervisor

with hands-on experience in

industrial construction sites

, especially in projects such as

Filtration Plants (ECR), Integrated Steel Plants, DRI, Pellet Plants, Coke Oven, Sinter Plant, Blast Furnace and other heavy industrial units

. The candidate should have strong site execution skills and the ability to monitor manpower, materials and daily work progress.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute

day-to-day civil activities

as per drawings and instructions from Site Engineer / Project Manager Oversee civil works such as

foundations, RCC works, structural works, trenches, pedestals, equipment foundations, shuttering, formwork and concreting

Manage labour, allocate work and monitor productivity

to meet daily and weekly targets

Read and interpret site drawings

and ensure correct execution at site Coordinate with

site engineers, contractors, safety officers and other technical teams

Prepare and submit

DPR (Daily Progress Report)

and maintain site documentation Check

material availability

, manage usage and reduce wastage at site Ensure

site safety, housekeeping and quality standards

are followed at all times Support

client inspections and quality checks

at site Report site issues, risks, delays or resource shortages in advance

Eligibility & Experience

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma (Civil) or relevant technical background

Experience:

3-10 years in industrial site supervision (Steel / Power / EPC / Heavy Industrial Projects) Must have experience in one or more of the following:
? DRI / Pellet / Coke Oven / Sinter Plant / Blast Furnace
? Filtration Plant (ECR)
? Integrated Steel Plant Projects

Strong experience in handling labour teams and maintaining discipline at site Good understanding of

industrial safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
