Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
Maintain daily site records, including manpower, materials, and work progress.
Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at site.
Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety norms.
Identify and report site issues, delays, or deviations to the reporting authority.
Assist in quality checks and rectification of defects, if any.
Support measurement, billing, and verification of executed work as required.
Ensure housekeeping and discipline at the site.
