Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight:

Monitor construction progress, ensure work adheres to project plans, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Team Management:

Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, delegate tasks, and monitor performance and attendance.

Safety and Quality Control:

Enforce safety regulations and site safety protocols, conduct site inspections to identify hazards, and ensure the quality of work meets standards.

Coordination and Communication:

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers, and serve as a liaison between senior management and the on-site team.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and maintain site reports, documenting project progress, safety issues, and any incidents.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
