Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day activities at our residential and commercial construction sites at Prism City, Charoli. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of

excavation work

, construction processes, safety standards, and labour management to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities. Handle

excavation work

, ensuring accuracy as per drawings and safety norms. Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and vendors for material and work execution. Ensure that work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Maintain daily site reports such as work progress, manpower, and material consumption. Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Assist in planning material requirements and track material usage at site. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and management for smooth workflow. Ensure housekeeping and site discipline at all times.

Requirements:

5-6 years of experience in

residential and commercial construction

. Strong knowledge of

excavation activities and site execution work

. Ability to read and understand construction drawings. Good communication and team-handling skills. Ability to maintain documentation and site reports. Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
