- Supervisor (Finishing)Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute finishing activities such as plastering, brickwork, flooring, painting, false ceiling, carpentry, waterproofing, doors/windows, and other interior finishing works. Ensure all finishing works are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve daily and weekly targets. Monitor workmanship, material usage, and ensure minimal wastage during finishing tasks. Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality control and rectify defects or punch points. Maintain records of work completion, checklists, snag lists, and ensure smooth handover after finishing. Supervise and guide skilled and unskilled manpower and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate with the MEP team to ensure proper sequencing of work without clashes. Follow up for material requirements, verify deliveries, and ensure availability of finishing materials at the site. Resolve site issues related to finishing activities and escalate critical problems to the Project Engineer / Site In-charge. Assist in preparing progress reports, material consumption reports, and labour productivity tracking. Ensure compliance with company standards, client specifications, and approved construction methodology.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of all finishing activities and sequencing. Ability to read architectural and interior drawings. Good communication skills for coordination with workers and contractors. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple finishing tasks simultaneously.
