- Site Supervisor (Civil Construction)

We are looking for a

Site Supervisor

with a

Civil Engineering Diploma

and experience working with

construction contractors

. The candidate must be capable of handling day-to-day

site operations

, managing

labour teams

, and ensuring timely completion of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities:

Preferably in Mumbai location only

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities. Manage labour productivity and ensure work is completed as per schedule. Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with construction standards. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams. Ensure materials, tools, and resources are used efficiently. Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly. Ability to travel extensively for project requirements.

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Prior experience working with a construction contractor. Strong ability to handle labour and get work done on time. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Immediate joiners preferred. Preferably in Mumbai location only

Salary:

?20,000 - ?30,000 (based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
