Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage site activities for Aluminium Formwork, Safety Screen, and Glass Facade installation. Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings and technical specifications accurately. Guide and coordinate with riggers, technicians, and laborers for proper installation methods. Monitor daily work progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline requirements. Coordinate with Project Engineers, Managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations. Identify and report site issues, material shortages, or technical discrepancies promptly. Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with Safety Projects Pvt. Ltd. standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical qualification. Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise building construction supervision. Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
o Aluminium Formwork Installation

o Safety Screen Installation

o Glass Facade Installation

Ability to read and understand technical and structural drawings. Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills. Working knowledge of construction safety procedures and site regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
