Responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work quality, safety, material usage and progress as per project plans.
Key Duties:
Monitor site work, labour activities and contractor performance.
Check quality of civil work as per drawings & specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, vendors & subcontractors.
Maintain site records, daily progress reports & material usage.
Ensure site safety, housekeeping and timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech (Civil) preferred.
2-5 years experience in civil site supervision.
Knowledge of construction materials, drawings & execution standards.
Good communication, problem solving & coordination skills.
