We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented

Civil Site Supervisor

to join our construction team. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a fresher eager to learn, this role offers hands on experience in managing site operations, ensuring quality control, and contributing to impactful projects across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in supervising daily site activities and coordinating with labor teams Monitor progress and ensure work aligns with project plans and safety standards Support in interpreting construction drawings and specifications Maintain site documentation and daily reports Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors Learn and apply construction best practices under senior guidance

Qualifications

ITI, Diploma or B.tech in Civil Engineering or related field Freshers with strong academic background and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply Good communication and organizational skills Ability to read technical drawings (training will be provided if needed) Familiarity with basic construction tools and safety protocols is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)
