Job Title: Site Supervisor - Civil Works

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day civil construction activities at our project site in Kurnool. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing civil works, managing labor teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on-site Ensure execution aligns with project plans, drawings, and specifications Monitor progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager Manage labor teams and subcontractors efficiently Maintain site safety protocols and ensure PPE compliance Conduct quality checks and resolve on-site issues promptly Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery Maintain site documentation including work logs, attendance, and inspection records
Candidate Requirements

Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory) 1-3 years of experience in civil site execution (residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects) Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good communication and team management skills Familiarity with local labor laws and site compliance norms Must be native of Kurnool or nearby Area
