Job Title: Civil Engineer - Site Supervisor Location: Kerala Experience: 5-10 years (Active site experience mandatory) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join Sattva, an eco-friendly and sustainability-focused construction company. The role involves complete site supervision, team management, and execution of high-quality, environmentally conscious residential projects. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day construction activities at site Manage and lead site workers, supervisors, and subcontractors Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and sustainable building practices Monitor material usage, quality control, and workmanship Coordinate with architects, consultants, and management Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained Track project timelines and report progress regularly Requirements Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering 5-10 years of hands-on site supervision experience Strong people-management and leadership skills Experience in residential or villa projects preferred Familiarity with eco-friendly construction methods and materials Ability to handle site challenges independently Preferably native to Kerala with good communication skills What We Offer Opportunity to work on meaningful, sustainable projects Leadership role in a values-driven organization Supportive work environment focused on quality and integrity
