Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor (Civil)

to oversee day-to-day site activities related to

civil construction and painting works

. The candidate will be responsible for supervising manpower, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with engineers and clients, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within specifications.

Key Responsibilities Civil & Construction Works

Supervise civil works such as masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and minor RCC works. Interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs accurately. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth site execution. Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines. Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
Painting & Finishing Works

Supervise interior and exterior painting works, including texture, putty, primer, enamel, emulsion, epoxy, and protective coatings. Ensure surface preparation standards are followed before painting. Check paint shade matching, thickness, and finish quality. Coordinate painting schedules with civil activities to avoid delays.
Quality, Safety & Compliance

Maintain quality standards as per company and client requirements. Ensure safety procedures, PPE usage, and site discipline. Identify and resolve site issues proactively. Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of materials.
Manpower & Site Management

Manage painters, masons, helpers, and subcontractors. Prepare daily work reports and progress updates. Maintain attendance, productivity, and discipline of site staff. Coordinate inspections and handover activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Strong knowledge of construction methods and painting systems. Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of measurements, material estimation, and billing support. Willingness to work at site locations and handle multiple activities.
Preferred Attributes

Experience in both

construction and painting industry

. Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures. Leadership skills with ability to manage site teams. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
