We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Site Supervisor

to manage daily operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities run smoothly, align with project plans, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Coordination:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and design specifications.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality execution and compliance with design standards.

Resource Management:

Efficiently allocate labor, materials, and equipment to maintain productivity.

Problem Resolution:

Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate site logs, daily progress reports, and records of completed work.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Diploma/Certification in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision, Ready to travel across Kerala Strong understanding of construction drawings and materials Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
