Key Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Maintain site records such as material receipts, labour attendance, and progress reports.
Check quality of materials and workmanship, and report any deviations immediately.
Ensure safety measures are followed at all times on site.
Assist the project engineer/manager with site measurements and documentation.
Follow up on material requirements and ensure timely availability.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for on-site delivery and coordination.
Provide daily updates and progress reports to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
1 year of experience
in high-rise residential construction.
Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant trade preferred.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and site management.
Ability to read basic drawings (architectural/structural).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle labour teams effectively.
Two-wheeler with valid driving licence is mandatory.
