Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee and manage construction activities at our project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all civil engineering projects are executed according to design specifications, budget, and timeline while adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the site, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.

Technical Supervision:

Interpret and implement project plans, blueprints, and technical drawings, providing guidance to construction teams.

Quality Control:

Monitor construction quality to ensure compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Resource Management:

Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and manpower as needed.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction, such as design conflicts or unexpected site conditions.

Safety Management:

Enforce site safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among all workers and contractors on site.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit regular progress reports, documenting project milestones, issues, and resolutions to the project manager or senior management.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and expectations are managed.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities, including daily logs, material usage, and labor allocation.

Compliance:

Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

Diploma (Preferred)

Site Management: 3 years (Required)
